Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return any MkaeSense product, including discounted items.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Email mkaesense@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. Once we've confirmed it, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You don't need to send the item back.

Changed your mind

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping charges aren't refunded.

How to start a return

Email mkaesense@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Within 1 business day, we'll reply with your return authorization, the return address and packing instructions. Our products ship from fulfillment partner warehouses, so the return address depends on the item.
Ship the item with tracking at your own cost and send us the tracking number.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Packages that arrive without a return authorization can't be matched to an order.

Refunds

Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days of the return arriving, or of your damage claim being approved. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
